Eligible employees are provided with a range of benefits. Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors. The BRINM human resources administrator can assist you in determining which programs you are eligible for. Details of many of these programs can be found elsewhere in the BRINM Employee Handbook. If there is a conflict between the terms of the benefits described below and the terms of the benefits described in a particular benefit policy, the particular benefit policy controls.
